EXPERIENCE TRAINING A LARGE DOG TEAM

Join Leif Tore training up to 20 dogs

Sitting on with a large team of dogs is great fun. You will feel the power and experience an enormous strength in our best dogs. 18-20 dogs can easily pull 500kg even when it’s steep uphills and bumpy. If you wish to steer yourself that is what we normally offer either in summer/autumn or winter. This is a different experience with more power, longer tour with more challenging parts and you have Leif Tore close to you happy sharing information.

This winter we will be joining Gausdal Maraton and Femund races - even perhaps Finnmarksløpet. That requires enormous amount of kilometers and hours training in all kinds of weather. What is the musher’s main inspiration? And what is the main inspiration for the dogs - how come they love pulling so much as the best thing to do ever? You will experience a lot, not only by asking questions but also what you see!
